During my recent visit to Hotel Eliseo, I was enchanted by its charming ambiance and the warm hospitality of the family that runs it. Each day began with a delightful buffet breakfast served in the garden, where I savored homemade jams and freshly baked breads under the soothing melody of the Adriatic waves. The highlight of our stay, however, was the extraordinary cooking lesson with Nonna Violante, where we learned the secrets of authentic Romagna cuisine using fresh local ingredients, a memory that we’ll cherish forever. With its perfect location just a stone's throw from the beach and an atmosphere that feels like home, Hotel Eliseo is truly a peaceful retreat for families and travelers seeking a taste of la Dolce Vita.
